Fred is a 2021 Internet Society IGF Youth Ambassador. He is a software developer with Zenith Bank Ghana Limited and also serves the Internet Society Ghana chapter as the Technical and Projects Committee Chair. He speaks on Internet Governance issues on different aspects and different levels from the national, and regional to Global levels on topics not limited to internet access and connectivity, cybersecurity, internet risk mitigation, and youth engagements in technology or internet governance.
